Happy Belated Birthday, Jenny

Last night we celebrated Jenny's Feb. 5 birthday, which we put off until she and Jean-Marc could be with us.  If she looks a bit teary-eyed in the picture, it's because her present was a photo book tribute to Tiger, and she and I were both crying by the end as I read it to her.  But we also smiled as we remembered Tiger and what an amazing cat he was.

We finished up the evening with the four of us eating dinner at The Melting Pot fondue restaurant.  It's fairly new in the area, and is it ever good!  We had Wisconsin cheese fondue and Swiss cheese fondue; followed by salads; followed by filet mignon, sirloin, shrimp and chicken cooked in either vegetable broth or wine broth; followed by bananas foster-white chocolate and turtle pecan dark chocolate fondues!  It was all wonderful, but I think I could be happy eating nothing but cheese fondue--it just can't be beat!
