Herb has today and Monday off, and we had big plans since he's finally over his flu. We were going to Leahaven overnight--then Kara got so sick, we didn't want to stick her with taking care of the chickens. So we decided to go for the day today--then we saw the weather forecast for a huge snow in the afternoon. So we decided to work in the garden getting it ready for spring--then the snow actually materialized! So we're sitting inside, and I guess the only reasonable plan left is to use this chance to take down my Christmas decorations.
