New Moon (Sunday, Aug. 22)
Herb called me to come quick, and I was able to catch this picture before the clouds drifted past the moon. We're used to enjoying beautiful sunsets here, but beautiful moonscapes are a rarer treat.
Thanks! And I love looking outside when I wake up during the night because the moonlight is so eerie. I'll have to try to wake up enough to remember to get my camera and try to get a shot!
