The Orb and the Web


Taking pictures of the full moon tonight, I got this shot based on an idea that Patrick and Bethany Sims had of shooting the spider super-imposed on the moon.  A great idea--and my Nikon D3000, telephoto lens and tripod made it possible.  I love digital photography!

    Glad you like it. I was excited about it. I took about 40 shots, and this was the best. That's the great thing about digital photography; I would never have done that in the days when I had to develop film.
